    We prioritize a respectful and positive working environment. Therefore, we do not provide services to clients who show disrespect towards our team members.

  • No, you do not need to worry about cleaning supplies and equipment. Our cleaners will bring all that is required to complete the job correctly. Also, the rate quoted includes cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule please give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, we will charge a $55 fee. If you cancel within 2 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost.

  • No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key or instructions on how to access your home and we'll take care of everything!

  • Yes. When you refer us to a friend, neighbor, family member or someone else that becomes a regular client we give you a discount of 50% on a future cleaning.

  • We believe that it’s very important to always send the same cleaner(s) and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is unavailable, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our residential cleaners undergo extensive training to ensure that the quality of our work is always consistent.

  • Absolutely. All of our cleaning crew pass a strict selection process to be part of U HAVE IT MAID, and we background and reference checked everyone.

  • We love pets! We know that pets are also part of the family, and we make sure they will be treated right. In fact, we use select products that are safe for pets to be around, and we know all the tricks to get pet hair out of your nooks and crannies.
